All travelers out of Aruba, Curaçao, and St. Maarten need to present not only a negative PCR result (maximum 72 hours before arrival) but also the result of an anti-gen test, maximum of 24 hours before traveling, OR a negative NAAT test, taken a maximum 24 hours before arrival.
All travelers arriving out of Latin America will have to go in central quarantine for 10 days, with the option of taking a test after 5 days. If this test is negative, you may leave quarantine. Both the stay in the quarantine location + additional testing is for the account of the traveler.
