CÓDIGO DE CONDUCTA PARA LA PREVENCIÓN DE LA EXPLOTACIÓN INFANTIL

  • According to resolutions 2532 of December 31st, 2020 and 002 of January 4th, 2021 issued by the Ministry of Health, all passengers from age zero with final destination Colombia or who have an international connection in the country that requires migration process, from January 7th, 2021 will have to submit a PCR test (Polymerase Chain Reaction) for COVID-19 with negative result issued with a term not exceeding 96 hours before boarding the flight. This requirement does not apply to passengers on international connections, as they must not migrate.

  • In cases where travelers verbally state - which will be understood as a sworn statement - that they had difficulties in taking the test or in obtaining the result within the required period of time before the flight, they must opt upon arrival to take the PCR test once they enter the country and keep the test in preventive isolation until they obtain the negative result or keep the test in preventive isolation for at least 14 days in their place of residence or a place of accommodation, assuming the costs derived from the test and/or isolation, as the case may be. This quarantine may be extended by epidemiological criteria of the competent authorities.

  • All passengers of international flights, both entering and leaving Colombia, are reminded that they must fill out the migratory pre-check-in form, available at the "Check-Mig" application or at the Migration Colombia Web Page. Likewise, we remind you not to present yourself at the airport, nor travel, if you present symptoms associated with COVID-19, if you have had close contact with a positive case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days.

  • We invite passengers to learn about the general biosecurity measures set forth by the national government in Resolution 666 of 2020, and technical annexes contained in Resolutions 1517 of 2020, 2532 of 2020 and 002 of 2021 of the Ministry of Health.

  • Each traveler who arrives in the country will be tracked by his insurer or the Ministry of Health of the place where he will stay during the next 1 4 days.

  • Report to your EPS or the Secretary of Health any suspicious symptoms of COVID-19 that you present during the 1 4 days after your arrival.

  • For international flights, the airport will only allow you to check-in a max of 3 hours before your flight.

  • If your flight lasts more than two hours, please bring multiple mouthpieces so you can change them frequently.

  • Before, during, and after the flight, you must comply with the biosecurity protocols required by the airport and the country's authorities. Remember that the use of face masks is mandatory for all persons over 2 years of age.

  • Check-in advances the restrictions in force in the destination you are traveling to and prepares the necessary documents.

  • At the request of the Colombian Ministry of Health, while the COVID-19 health alert remains in the country, the use of CPAP devices onboard is completely restricted.

  • Check out more information on measures at Colombia Travel or Migration Colombia.
